Dat 15 - losing it...

Hello to all my blog Aka my parents  and Wife


i know i have about 2 mounts and 10 days before getting weighting, i keep having a dream that after this first 3 mounts i'll lose 1-2 kilos. but im shaking it off right away

im made a very good pad-thai from rice nodels the other day, no oil and meet just and egg and some onions it was really good (i think) and could only have 4 bits from the whole dish (carbs! dam them... DAM THEM TO HELL!!!)

i still feel a lot lighter and keep picturing myself as a thin man.
and i become hungry all the time i can eat a big (huge) salad and get hungry after an hour.

winter in exercise is out... cant go out for speed walks so i'm going to start looking for a gym (scary, i'm Ridiculously out of shape )

positive thinking and profit gain 

I want to offer who else might read my blog something extra - to use in your own life.

life can be hard, easy, joyful or just plain sad a lot of time its your choice how to feel,
how can you change the way you feel with this method? its a bit of a long and hard process
when ever you are dealing with something that brings you down YOU have to change your point of view on that thing and concentrate only the good that that thing has to offer - (its extremely hard thing to do)
but if you do it enough time it will come naturally

my example is on a workplace i just hated i had to work with a very mean woman that was past on for a promotion and i got the job she wanted - she used to drive me crazy try to make me look bad every chance she could. 
i ended up hating going to work and then 3-4 mounts i started looking at job as "The Place i GO to make money" and began feeling more Indifferent to her.
it was perfect but i was a lot happier 

so now i dont get upset about things i cant eat because my whole focus is on myself as a thin man in 6-9 mounts

Day 11 - weekend of sins

Its about day 11 and im after 3 weekend of my diet.

I am a little depressed, this is a bit more hard than what i thought when stated this.
i think it because this a first diet i ever did while in a relationship, up to now every diet i did (i had like big 4 of them - 10 kilos each lost) was right after a relationship has ended and it was my way of moving forward
to a new start in life.
its the weirdest thing i used to not get the hardship people go throw with a diet i used to think that this should be easy for everyone as it was for me. - not the case anymore i find my self thinking of food all the time but always reminding my self my goal when this is over i will be thin!

Me and the wife went on a trip near jerusalem - en kerem this weekend and ended up at a very nice little restaurant.
looking at the menu and looking at the salads section and found the whole idea on not being to ENJOY a simple sit at a restaurant, so i start looking at the most low carbs and high protein - grilled chicken with wild rice and mushrooms - it was great but regretful.
note to self - avoid restaurants when can.
also someone offered me a coke and after half a sip i remembered the diet - didn't event get to enjoy that sip.

im going to explore more with eating fish now because tuna and chicken are getting... too much of the same old thing.

2 months and 10 day remaining to get weigh again.
god i hope its going to be a lot lost!

Day 6 - almost a week!!!

hello everyone

It’s been 6 days and I’m feeling much lighter than usual.

I know its because I used to eat a lot of high carb and red meet but it’s great to feel something change in your body after the first 6 days...

but then... there are those other moments where you start to notice different clothing items don't fit anymore, and you have to lay down to button up your jeans.
i try to look at it a motivation tool - (i did however put those items away i'n a box caled "after diet" )

you also notice that everyone around you are drinking a coke and you just cant, thank god for diet coke!

after trying to workout i guess i pushed myself a little hard of first time in a few years that my stomach and legs got cramp. for 4 days. 

so i dont have a streak menu that like if 4:00 am then eat Apple 
(came out like a script code :) )
i just eat a lot of Vegetables
and for protein i eat some chicken or a tuna fish and boiled egg
i try to drink a lot of water and instant soup (that is low on calories) . 

today i hope to start exercise again might do a little boxing... hope it wont cramp me up again.

i decided to weigh my self once every 3 mounts.. i have 2 months and about 22 days to go...

i think this whole thing should take about 6-9 Months  i think 1-3 kg a month easy

AND this is not a life altering diet i will never be in a constant war with my wight! when this is over i'm EATING EVERYTHING (might be the hunger talking...)

In the beginning

Hello everyone

this is the fisrt attempt at a blog for me, hope this goes well.
i have started an new diet 3 days ago and i was hoping for this to give me a change to stay in check

a little bit about myself,
married for 6 months, 32 years old, work in IT, play a little guitar, love xbox, a smoker a joker a midnight toker, short and fat :)
1.65 meter height (5 feet 4) and wight about 83 Kg (182 pounds)

this all started two weeks ago i knew i was starting to get a bit heavy or heavier than i was used to
but i didn't have any will power to start doing anything about it, And it even goes before that when my wife wasn't feeling good and couldn't  eat of a lot of different stuff so no cooking at home and i ended up eating a lot of junk food.
any way...

after a few days of feeling a little over wight i got a calendar remainder to go to a restaurant to celebrate 3 months of diet, i started feeling very bad about my self for forgetting that diet or pushing it off.

well this is a short start might tell more on that in the future, but for now it gives you an idea of where i'm at.

The Plan!
eat a lot of Vegetables
once a day an egg with tuna or chicken (of the land :))
try to exercise with xbox kinnect ufc trainer
so far had one workout and after 20 squats i'm in PAIN

i'm also very out of shape

i'm going to weigh my self  again in a two mounts and post in the blog every few days
